Cardboard is one of the most commonly disposed of materials in most households and, fortunately, the easiest to recycle.

When this happens, the waste cardboard is sorted and shredded at a recycling facility then mixed with water and broken down into a pulp. The pulp is then filtered, rolled and dried creating sheets that can be layered up and converted into new cardboard known as recycled cardboard.

This material is just as strong and durable as virgin cardboard without the need to cut down any trees and with much less use of water and energy so it’s an excellent eco-friendly alternative.

We use recycled cardboard to make packaging and stationery for our clients as well as using it for our own product packaging.
