We’re proud to have invested time and care into building a small, dedicated team of specialists that share our vision and company values. We are a tight-knit group of talented and unique individuals who are passionate about what we do and are here to support our clients through every step of the journey.
Our team is based across the UK and India and is made up of experts within their field who work tirelessly to deliver a quality service and end product all whilst ensuring that we adhere to our sustainability principles. Each person takes it upon themselves to act as sustainability officer for their department closely assessing our ways of working and suggesting areas of improvement as we strive towards being a 100% sustainable company.
Design &
marketing
Our in-house design team are well-accomplished when it comes to bespoke artwork and custom designs. They’ve designed everything from functional yet stylish cooler and wine bags to creative cotton pouches and pencil cases.
It is their job to study the brand guidelines, mood boards and any other key information provided by our clients then consolidate it all to create bespoke promotional products that are innovative, exciting and authentic.
Sales &
account managers
Our account managers act as a single point of contact for our clients from the moment they enquire right up until their products are delivered so they know who they can speak to whenever they have any questions or updates. This means that our clients always speak to the same person which can help the project run more efficiently.
Our clients are assigned a dedicated, named account manager from day one who has extensive knowledge of the various processes and will provide comprehensive insights at each stage keeping our clients informed and up to date.
This enables full transparency and ensures that the project runs in accordance with the clients’ wishes.
Sourcing
& production
Our production team, which includes experienced sourcing executives, is based in India giving them quick and easy access to many of the factories that we work with. It also means that they have first-hand experience of dealing with factories and understand the cultural differences that can often be an obstacle for businesses.
Our production team use the information provided to them by the designers and account managers to source the right materials and factories for each project and then supervise the production process to assess quality, monitor speed and resolve any issues.
They are also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the factories and bridge the gap between them and the account managers.
Logistics
& operations
Our logistics team are responsible for organising the shipments direct from the factory to our clients’ designated delivery location. They also monitor the shipment right up until delivery has been confirmed at the other end to ensure that any issues or delays are resolved quickly.
Accounts
& finance
Our finance and accounting team handle the day to day management of the businesses finances from preparing budgets and tracking inventory to sending invoices. They are the glue that hold Bag Maverick together and ensure that we can continue to deliver quality, custom-made products to our clients at suitable prices.
Although their role is less client-facing and more behind-the-scenes, they are still integral to the success of the business and your project.

Meet our managers. They lead the way and support all of our teams across every aspect of the business. As you can imagine, their duties are wide ranging and far reaching but their main focus is to protect and grow the business so we can continue to make our clients happy and become leaders in the industry.
